Scratches happen. Materials age. Everyday life leaves marks.
What we do expect is for an Orbito product to keep doing the job it was designed to do.
Our Limited Warranty covers eligible defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship under normal intended use.
Phone Cases & Non-Powered Accessories
180-Day Limited Warranty
Orbito phone cases, stands, retractable straps and other eligible non-powered accessories are covered for 180 days from delivery.
Coverage may include manufacturing-related issues such as:
- Structural failure under normal use
- Built-in mechanisms that stop functioning as intended
- Retractable mechanisms that fail
- Components that separate because of a manufacturing defect
Power Banks
1-Year Limited Product Warranty
Orbito power banks are covered for one year from delivery against eligible manufacturing and functional defects affecting charging, power output, electronic components, indicators or integrated mechanical components.
Battery Cell
2-Year Limited Battery Cell Warranty
The battery cell inside an Orbito power bank is covered for two years from delivery against manufacturing defects and abnormal cell failure under normal intended use.
Rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity over time. Normal battery degradation caused by regular charging cycles and aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches or dents, accidental drops or impacts, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, liquid damage unless specifically rated for it, extreme temperatures, loss or theft, damage caused by incompatible third-party equipment, or normal battery degradation.
Natural discoloration or yellowing of transparent materials caused by use, UV exposure, heat or aging is considered normal wear unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Devices Used With Orbito Products
Our accessories are designed to help protect and support your technology, but no accessory can eliminate every risk.
The Orbito Limited Warranty covers the Orbito product itself, not damage to a phone or other device used with it, except where required by applicable law.
Making a Claim
Contact Orbito Support with:
- Proof of purchase / Order number
- Product name or model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video where applicable
If an eligible defect is confirmed, Orbito may provide a replacement, equivalent product, store credit or refund depending on the situation.
Orbito covers shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
